The Reliable Helper Training Program is a comprehensive two-part program designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in construction and trade industries.


The first part of the program focuses on virtual soft skills training. This component provides participants with the necessary interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in professional environments. Through interactive online modules, individuals will develop their teamwork, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Additionally, the program will cover essential soft skills such as active listening, effective communication, and conflict resolution.


The second part of the program delves into hands-on tool setup and site preparation training. This practical component offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience in real-world construction settings.
